| Stability & Storage | Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots. |
| Shipping | Enzymes are highly recommended to be shipped at frozen temperature with dry ice. Shipment made at ambient temperature may seriously affect the activity of the ordered products. |
| Research Background | CDK20 or cyclin-dependent kinase 20 contains a kinase domain most closely related to the cyclin-dependent protein kinases which may activate cyclin-dependent kinase 2 and is involved in cell growth. CDK20 is a monomeric CAK that specifically phosphorylates CDK2 thr160 and functions as a CDK2-activating kinase. CDK20 is also a novel cyclin-dependent kinase-activating kinase in mammalian cells. CDK20 depletion inhibits glioblastoma cell proliferation in a cilium-dependent manner. |
