| Construction | A DNA sequence encoding the human CCR8 (P51685)(Met1-Ser318) was expressed, with a Flag tag at the N-terminus, a polyhistidine tag and a strep tag at the C-terminus. Within the expressed regions, there are several proprietary thermostabilizing mutations.This protein was prepared using our VLP platform.
