Stability & Storage
Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
ShippingEnzymes are highly recommended to be shipped at frozen temperature with dry ice. Shipment made at ambient temperature may seriously affect the activity of the ordered products.
Research Background
This Aurora B kinase gene encodes a member of the aurora kinase subfamily of serine/threonine kinases. The Aurora B kinase genes encoding the other two members of this subfamily are located on chromosomes 19 and 2. These kinases participate in the regulation of alignment and segregation of chromosomes during mitosis and meiosis through association with microtubules. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 8. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.Cancer ImmunotherapyImmune CheckpointImmunotherapyTargeted Therapy
