Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A (ASF1A) belongs to the H3/H4 family of histone chaperone proteins. ASF1A is ubiquitously expressed in many cells and tissues, interacting with histones H3 and H4. ASF1A cooperates with Chromatin Assembly Factor 1 to promote replication-dependent chromatin assembly and with HIRA to promote replication-independent chromatin assembly. In addition, ASF1A is necessary for the formation of senescence-associated heterochromatin foci (SAHF) and efficient senescence-associated cell cycle exit.

Description	Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A (ASF1A) belongs to the H3/H4 family of histone chaperone proteins. ASF1A is ubiquitously expressed in many cells and tissues, interacting with histones H3 and H4. Stability & Storage	Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
Shipping	In general, lyophilized powders are shipped with blue ice, while solutions are shipped with dry ice.
