Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection)

TargetMol's Mouse CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection) provides superparamagnetic beads for the isolation of CD8+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues using a negative sorting method. The principle is to use different biotin-labelled monoclonal antibodies to label non-target cells (non-CD8+ T cells), which are then cleared by streptavidin-labelled magnetic beads for the purpose of mouse CD8+ T cell sorting.
