Application
Used to supplement non-essential amino acids in cell culture media, this solution supports the growth, proliferation, and maintenance of various mammalian cells. It is particularly effective in enhancing the stability and stress resistance of adherent cells.
Instructions
1.Preparation Before Use: Make sure the product is completely thawed and thoroughly mixed. Operate under sterile conditions to avoid contamination.
2.Addition Ratio: Add the product to the culture medium at a 1:100 ratio. For example, add 1 mL of this product to 100 mL of complete medium and mix gently to ensure even dispersion.
3.Applications: Suitable for use with common basal media such as MEM, DMEM, RPMI-1640, and F-12.
4.Instructions: After addition, the medium can be used directly for cell culture without further processing. Depending on the cell type and experimental needs, it is recommended to prepare complete medium together with serum, antibiotics, and other supplements.
