Human CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection)

TargetMol's Human CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection) provides superparamagnetic beads for the isolation of CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using a negative sorting method. The principle is to use biotin-labelled monoclonal antibody to label non-target cells (non-CD3+ T cells), and then remove the non-target cells by streptavidin-labelled magnetic beads for the purpose of human peripheral blood CD3+ T cell sorting.
