Verified Activity | 1. ELISA of mouse immunoglobulins shows Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG3 Secondary Antibody reacts only to mouse IgG3. No cross reactivity with mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgM. The plate was coated with 0.1 μg/mL of different mouse immunoglobulins. 0.1 μg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG3 Secondary Antibody was used as the primary antibody. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody. 2. Immunohistochemical analysis of PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded human liver tissue sections, with VEGF primary antibody (1/500) for 1 hours at 37°C. An HRP-conjugated Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG3 Secondary Antibody (1/6400) was used as the secondary antibody. (Validation Experiment) 3. Immunohistochemical analysis of PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded human prostate tissue sections, with KRT7 primary antibody (1/200) for 1 hours at 37°C. An HRP-conjugated Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG3 Secondary Antibody (1/3200) was used as the secondary antibody. (Validation Experiment) 4. Anti-ENO3 mouse monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution. -Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate. -Lane B: HeLa Whole Cell lysate. -Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. -Secondary -Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG3/HRP at 1/10000 dilution. -Developed using the ECL technique. -Performed under reducing conditions. -Predicted band size:47 kDa. -Observed band size:47 kDa(Validation Experiment) |

Research Background | IGHG3 (Immunoglobulin Heavy Constant Gamma 3 (G3m Marker), also known as IgG3) is a Protein Coding gene. Ig gamma-3 chain C region is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IGHG3 gene. Immunoglobulins, also known as antibodies, are membrane-bound or secreted glycoproteins produced by B lymphocytes. In the recognition phase of humoral immunity, the membrane-bound immunoglobulins serve as receptors which, upon binding of a specific antigen, trigger the clonal expansion and differentiation of B lymphocytes into immunoglobulins-secreting plasma cells. Murine immunoglobulin G (IgG) plays an important role in mediating protective immune responses to malaria. Diseases associated with IGHG3 include Heavy Chain Disease and Gamma Heavy Chain Disease. Among its related pathways are IL4-mediated signaling events and the Creation of C4 and C2 activators. |
