This antibody recognizes all human IgG, but almost not reacts to other human immunoglobulins. This antibody recognizes human IgG, but almost not reacts to Rat, Guinea pig, Rabbit, Horse, Mouse, Monkey IgG.

1. ELISA of human immunoglobulins shows Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody  (HRP) reacts to the 1, 2, 3, 4 human IgGs, and the Fc of human IgG1. Almost no cross reactivity with human IgM, IgA, IgE-Fc. The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of different immunoglobulins. 1 μg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody was used to detect these human immunoglobulins.
2. ELISA of immunoglobulins from different species shows Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody (HRP) reacts to human IgG and goat IgG. Almost no cross reactivity with Rat, Mouse, Horse, Rabbit IgG. The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of different immunoglobulins. 0.01 μg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody was used to detect these immunoglobulins.
3. Detection platform: Microfluidic chemiluminescence immunoassay system Coated with SARS-CoV proteins, adding different concentrations of SARS-CoV antibodies, and 0.2ug/mL secondary antibody reacts to human serum. The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of with SARS-CoV proteins. 1:50 dilution of donors’ serum or anti- SARS-CoV antibody was used as the primary antibody. Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody was used to detect these serum.
