The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of different immunoglobulins. 1 μg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IgG Secondary Antibody was used as the primary antibody. A horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-mouse IgG as the secondary antibody. 2. ELISA of immunoglobulins from different species shows Mouse Anti-Human IgG Secondary Antibody reacts to human IgG and goat IgG.
