| In vitro | The EC50 binding of KWAR23 to SIRPα on human CD14+ monocytes ranged from 0.267 to 0.385 μg/mL. In non-human primates, such as cynomolgus monkeys and rhesus monkeys, KWAR23 binds to CD14+ mononuclear cells with SIRP alpha and EC50 of 0.338 and 0.4, respectively. KWAR23 blocked the binding of CD47 to THP-1 cells, IC50 = 40.82 ng/mL. [1] |
