Anti-Fc gamma R1 Antibody (H22) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the high-affinity IgG receptor Fc gamma RI (CD64). This product binds specifically to the extracellular domain of CD64 at a site distinct from the natural IgG Fc-binding site, allowing it to maintain binding activity in the presence of physiological IgG concentrations.
