In vitro
Anti-Fc gamma R1 Antibody binds human CD64 on monocytes/neutrophils with high affinity. Targeting an epitope outside the Fc-binding pocket, it captures antigens even under IgG saturation and triggers rapid internalization for MHC-mediated presentation [1].
In vivo
In transgenic mice expressing human FcγRI (CD64), systemic administration of antigen conjugated to Anti-Fc gamma R1 Antibody increases specific antibody production 100-1000 fold compared to non-targeted antigens. This treatment significantly raises antigen-specific IgG and IgM titers, confirming that targeting CD64 on myeloid cells bypasses immune clearance and promotes potent humoral immunity [1].
