Anti-CD86 Antibody-PE (5D537) is a PE-conjugated Mouse antibody targeting CD86. Anti-CD86 Antibody-PE (5D537) can be used in FCM.
Description | Anti-CD86 Antibody-PE (5D537) is a PE-conjugated Mouse antibody targeting CD86. Anti-CD86 Antibody-PE (5D537) can be used in FCM. |
Ig Type | Monoclonal Mouse IgG2b |
Clone | 5D537 |
Reactivity | Rat |
Verified Activity | Flow cytometric analysis of rat CD86 expression on LPS-stimulated SD rat splenocytes. Cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-rat CD86. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells. |
Application | FCM |
Recommended Dose | 10 μl/Test, 0.1 mg/ml |
Antibody Type | Monoclonal |
Host Species | Mouse |
Construction | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat CD86 / B7-2 (rR CD86 / B7-2; TMPY-02016; NP_064466.1; Met1-Ile250) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed. |
Purification | Protein A |
Appearance | Liquid |
Formulation | PBS solution containing 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide |
Research Background | CD86, also known as B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-2 (referred to as B70), is a member of the cell surface immunoglobulin superfamily. B7-2 exists predominantly as a monomer on cell surfaces and interacts with two co-stimulatory receptors CD28 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) expressed on T cells, and thus induces the signal pathways which regulate T cell activation and tolerance, cytokine production, and the generation of CTL. It is indicated that contacts between B and T helper cells mediated by CD86 encourage signals for the proliferation and IgG secretion of normal B cells and B cell lymphomas. A recent study has revealed that CD86 also promotes the generation of a mature APC repertoire and promotes APC function and survival. CD86 has an important role in chronic hemodialysis, allergic pulmonary inflammation, arthritis, and antiviral responses, and thus is regarded as a promising candidate for immune therapy.Cancer ImmunotherapyCo-inhibitory Immune Checkpoint TargetsImmune CheckpointImmune Checkpoint Detection: AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: ELISA AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: FCM AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: IP AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: WB AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint ProteinsImmune Checkpoint TargetsImmunotherapyTargeted Therapy |
