Anti-CD47 Antibody-PE (9X161) is a PE-conjugated Mouse antibody targeting CD47. Anti-CD47 Antibody-PE (9X161) can be used in FCM.
Description | Anti-CD47 Antibody-PE (9X161) is a PE-conjugated Mouse antibody targeting CD47. Anti-CD47 Antibody-PE (9X161) can be used in FCM. |
Ig Type | Monoclonal Mouse IgG1 |
Clone | 9X161 |
Reactivity | Human |
Verified Activity | Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD47 expression on human whole blood lymphocytes. Cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-Human CD47. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. |
Application | FCM |
Recommended Dose | 2 μl/Test, 0.1 mg/ml |
Antibody Type | Monoclonal |
Host Species | Mouse |
Construction | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD47 (rh CD47; TMPY-04683; NP_942088.1; Met1-Pro139) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed. |

Formulation | PBS solution containing 0.5% BSA and 0.03%ProClin300 |
Research Background | CD47 contains 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and is a receptor for the C-terminal cell binding domain of thrombospondin. It may play a role in membrane transport and signal transduction. CD47 is also a membrane protein, which is involved in the increase in intracellular calcium concentration that occurs upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix. It is very broadly distributed on normal adult tissues, as well as ovarian tumors, being especially abundant in some epithelia and the brain. CD47 may play a role in membrane transport and/or integrin dependent signal transduction. It may prevent premature elimination of red blood cells. It also may be involved in membrane permeability changes induced following virus infection. By acting as an adhesion receptor for THBS1 on platelets, CD47 plays a role in both cell adhesion and in the modulation of integrins. It also plays an important role in memory formation and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus.Cancer ImmunotherapyCo-inhibitory Immune Checkpoint TargetsImmune CheckpointImmune Checkpoint Detection: AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: ELISA AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint Detection: WB AntibodiesImmune Checkpoint TargetsImmunotherapyTargeted Therapy |
