Quantity: The collection of 2725 fragment molecules is of moderate size, providing a powerful tool for new drug screening using the FBDD method. Chemical properties: This library was constructed based on the RO3 rule of fragments, exhibiting excellent chemical properties, facilitating subsequent structural optimization. Diversity: The rich pharmacophores extensively cover potential chemical space. At the initial design stage of each molecule, structural diversity and novelty were taken into consideration. Solubility: The solubility in DMSO and PBS buffer is guaranteed, with a solubility of DMSO (200 mM) and PBS (1 mM). Diverse application methods: It is suitable for new drug development using various detection methods, such as SPR, NMR, X-ray single crystal diffraction, etc.
