Construction
A DNA sequence encoding the human IL4R (NP_000409.1)(Met1-His232) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human IL2RG (P31785-1) (Met1-Asn254) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the IL4R & IL2RG heterodimer was purified. Predicted N terminal: Met 26 & Leu 23
