Verified Activity
1. Western blot analysis of HeLa cell lysate. Using STIM1 (TMAB-13248) monoclonal antibody at 1: 1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r. T. for 60 min.
2. The PANC-1 (H) cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at r. T.) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃, the cells then were incubated in 5% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r. T.), followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-Stromal interaction molecule 1 antibody (TMAB-13248, 1: 100); Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse Spleen; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; The section was incubated with Stromal interaction molecule 1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-13248) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L-HRP and DAB staining.

Plays a role in mediating store-operated Ca(2+) entry (SOCE), a Ca(2+) influx following depletion of intracellular Ca(2+) stores. Acts as Ca(2+) sensor in the endoplasmic reticulum via its EF-hand domain. Upon Ca(2+) depletion, translocates from the endoplasmic reticulum to the plasma membrane where it activates the Ca(2+) release-activated Ca(2+) (CRAC) channel subunit, TMEM142A/ORAI1.
