1. Sample: testis (Mouse) Lysate at 40 μg
Primary: Anti-NUP88 (TMAB-09712) at 1/300 dilution
Secondary: IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1/20000 dilution

2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat brain); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (NUP88) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-09712) at 1: 200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.
3. Research BackgroundNUP88 is a nucleoporin that is an essential component of the nuclear pore complex. It interacts with NUP214/CAN, and is phosphorylated following DNA damage, possibly via the ATM/ATR pathway. NUP88 is also a tumour marker as it is overexpressed in a large number of malignant neoplasms and precancerous dysplasias.
