1. 25 μg total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with Integrin Alpha V monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (TMAB-07746) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r. T. for 60 min.
2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Cerebrum; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Integrin Alpha V Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-07746) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.
3. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Placenta; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Integrin Alpha V Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-07746) at 1: 200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.
4. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Invasive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Integrin Alpha V Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-07746) at 1: 200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.

The alpha-V integrins are receptors for vitronectin, cytotactin, fibronectin, fibrinogen, laminin, matrix metalloproteinase-2, osteopontin, osteomodulin, prothrombin, thrombospondin and vWF. They recognize the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands. In case of HIV-1 infection, the interaction with extracellular viral Tat protein seems to enhance angiogenesis in Kaposi's sarcoma lesions.
