1. Tissue/cell: Human laryngeal tissue; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded;
Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer (0.01 M, pH 6.0), Boiling bathing for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37℃ for 20 min;
Incubation: Anti-IL-28R Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-07650) 1: 200, overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining

These ligands play a critical role in response to microbial challenge and activate the JAK/STAT signaling system. It heterodimers with IL10RB. There are 4 isoforms as result of alternative splicing. It is widely expressed. IL28RA belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family, and contains 1 fibronectin type III domain.
