CD3 antigen can form a complex with the T cell receptor (TCR) to generate an activation signal in T cells, which plays an important role in TCR signal transduction and both cytotoxic T cell (CD8 + naïve T cells) and T helper cells (CD4+ naïve T cells) activation. |
