1. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat stomach tissue); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (PGDH) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-07273) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.
2. HPGD Antibody (C-term) (TMAB-07273) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). fITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
3. Anti-HPGD Antibody (C-term) at 1: 2000 dilution+human placenta lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 29 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
4. Western blot analysis of HPGD Antibody (C-term) in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 μg/lane). HPGD (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
