1. Sensitivity and specificity of Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) to different quantities of a recombinant His6-tagged protein was determined by Western blot. The primary antibody was Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) at 0.2 μg/mL concentration. The secondary antibody was Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H&L) [IRDye800] at 0.125 μg/mL concentration.
2. Cross-reactivity of Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) was determined by Western blot. The primary antibodies were (A) Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) at 1μg/mL concentration; and (B) Rabbit IgG (Negative control) at 1μg/mL concentration. The secondary antibody was Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) [IRDye800] at 0.125μg/mL concentration.
3. Cell lysates containing over-expressed His-tagged protein were used for immunoprecipitation using Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) and the result was analyzed by Western blot.

The primary antibody for Western blot detection was Anti-His tag (C-term) Antibody (2B404) (TMAS-00128) at 0.2 μg/mL concentration.
