Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Tonsil; Antigen retrieval by boiling in EDTA buffer (Ph9.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with FOXP3 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-06145) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Rabbit) and DAB staining. 2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Tonsil; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; The section was incubated with FOXP3 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-06145) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (Red, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L-BF594), DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei. |
