Verified Activity
1. 25 μg total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with FMR1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (TMAB-06091) at 1: 2000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r. T. for 60 min.
2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse Spinal Cord; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with FMR1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-06091) at 1:100 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.
3. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Rat Spinal Cord; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with FMR1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-06091) at 1:100 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Right occipital lobe; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with FMR1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-06091) at 1:100 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.
7. The HepG2 (H) cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at r. T.) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃, the cells then were incubated in 5% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r. T.). Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-FMR1 antibody (TMAB-06091): 1:50-100/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-BF488: 1 μg/test. Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

Translation repressor. Component of the CYFIP1-EIF4E-FMR1 complex which binds to the mRNA cap and mediates translational repression. In the CYFIP1-EIF4E-FMR1 complex this subunit mediates translation repression (By similarity). RNA-binding protein that plays a role in intracellular RNA transport and in the regulation of translation of target mRNAs. Associated with polysomes. May play a role in the transport of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Binds strongly to poly(G), binds moderately to poly(U) but shows very little binding to poly(A) or poly(C).
