CHO-K1 cells transfected with pcDNA3.1(+) (DYKDDDDK Tag-RFP) (Red) were fixed with 4% Poly-Formaldehyde (5min) and then blocked in 3% BSA 30min.The cells were then incubated with 1/100 Anti-Flag Tag Antibody-FITC (3S989) (TMAS-00123F) (Green) at 37℃ for 1h. |
