Bioactivity
Description
Anti-FANCF Polyclonal Antibody is a Rabbit antibody targeting FANCF. Anti-FANCF Polyclonal Antibody can be used in FCM.
Ig Type
IgG
Reactivity
Mouse (predicted:Human,Rat,Cow)
Verified Activity
Blank control: Mouse spleen.
Primary Antibody (green line): Rabbit Anti-FANCF antibody (TMAB-05897)
Dilution: 2 μg /10^6 cells;
Isotype Control Antibody (orange line): Rabbit IgG.
Secondary Antibody: Goat anti-rabbit IgG-AF488R
Dilution: 1 μg /test.
Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at room temperature) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at-20℃. The cells were then incubated in 5% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature. Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

Research BackgroundThe Fanconi anemia complementation group (FANC) currently includes FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCD1 (also called BRCA2), FANCD2, FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCI, FANCJ (also called BRIP1), FANCL, FANCM and FANCN (also called PALB2). The previously defined group FANCH is the same as FANCA. Fanconi anemia is a genetically heterogeneous recessive disorder characterized by cytogenetic instability, hypersensitivity to DNA crosslinking agents, increased chromosomal breakage, and defective DNA repair. The members of the Fanconi anemia complementation group do not share sequence similarity; they are related by their assembly into a common nuclear protein complex. This gene encodes the protein for complementation group F. [provided by RefSeq].
