1. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (human breast carcinoma); Antigen retrieval by boiling in EDTA buffer (pH9.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Incubation with (EpCAM) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-05610) at 1:100 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Thyroid tumor; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with EpCAM Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-05610) at 1: 200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Secondary Antibody-HRP and DAB staining.

9. 25 μg total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with EpCAM monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (TMAB-05610) at 1: 2000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r. T. for 60 min.
