Verified Activity
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cell with TMAH-00179 at 1:25, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG(H+L).

Research BackgroundFunctions as coreceptor for the B-cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) on B-lymphocytes. Required for normal B cell differentiation and proliferation in response to antigen challenges. Required for normal levels of serum immunoglobulins, and for production of high-affinity antibodies in response to antigen challenge.
