| Description | TMR-DN (TAMRA-2,4-dinitroaniline) is a fluorescent probe for RNA imaging composed of a covalently linked fluorophore (5-carboxy tetramethylrhodamine (TMR)) and quencher (dinitroaniline (DN)). It binds SRB-2 and RhoBAST with Kd values of 35 nM and approximately 30 nM, respectively, exhibits contact quenching in the free state, and undergoes fluorescence dequenching upon specific binding to SRB-2, RhoBAST, or the DNB aptamer. |
