In vitro | MPT0B014 (0-1 μM; 48 h) inhibits the growth of A549、H1299 and H226 cell in a dose dependent manner. MPT0B014 (0.05-0.3 μM; 24 and 48 h) arrests cell cycle in G2/M phase and sub-G1 phase in A549 cells, and induces apoptosis[1]. |
In vivo | MPT0B014 (100 mg/kg; i.v./i.p.; daily for 25 days) combined with Erlotinib (25 mg/kg) significantly improved inhibition effect of mouse A549 tumor[1]. |
