In vitro | FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v) is a potent and selective inhibitor that suppresses the proliferation of three cell lines with the FLT3-ITD mutation (MOLM-14, MOLM-13, and MV4-11) with IC50 values of 0.59 μM, 0.14 μM, and 0.41 μM, respectively. Additionally, FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v) significantly reduces the phosphorylation of FLT3 and STAT5 in a dose-dependent manner. |
