In vitro
CID 5951923 (10 μM) inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines mainly in highly expressing KLF5 cells. CID 5951923 (0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μM) inhibits proliferation of DLD-1 cells in a dose-dependent manner. CID 5951923 (10 μM) significantly decreases endogenous KLF5 levels in the DLD-1 cells, downregulates EGR1, and increases phosphorylation levels of pEGFFpY1068[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
