| In vivo | Ceftriaxone (200 mg/kg, I.P., 6 weeks) enhances functional indices and mitigates oxidative stress and inflammation in a rat model of liver and kidney injury induced by D-galactose (DGL). Additionally, ceftriaxone (200, 400 mg/kg, I.P.) offers protective effects against Pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)-induced seizures and associated oxidative damage in rats. In a Streptozocin-induced diabetic rat model, ceftriaxone (100, 200 mg/kg, I.P.) alleviates mechanical allodynia and hyperalgesia by activating GLT-1. |
