| In vitro | Cardionogen-2 enhances cardiac formation during and after gastrulation in zebrafish embryos and mouse embryonic stem cells (ES), while it inhibits cardiac formation before gastrulation. The effects induced by Cardionogen-2 are counteracted by enhancing Wnt/β-catenin signaling activity. Cardionogen-2 suppresses Wnt/β-catenin-dependent transcription in mouse ES cells and zebrafish embryos [1]. |
