Biotin-PEG6-alcohol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker containing a biotin label. This compound serves as a key component in the synthesis of PROTACs, facilitating the conjugation of target-recruiting moiety and E3 ligase-recruiting moiety [1].

| Description | Biotin-PEG6-alcohol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker containing a biotin label. This compound serves as a key component in the synthesis of PROTACs, facilitating the conjugation of target-recruiting moiety and E3 ligase-recruiting moiety [1]. |
| In vitro | PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands joined by a linker: one targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other binds to the target protein. They leverage the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to achieve selective degradation of target proteins[1]. |
