In vitro	Autophagy activator-1 (Compound B2) at concentrations ranging from 0.5 to 10 μM and exposure durations between 1 to 8 hours activates autophagic activity in MCF-7 and HEK-293 cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner [1].
