Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) is a murine-derived monoclonal antibody against CD8α. It can deplete CD8+ T cells and prolong the survival time of liver cell transplants. It can be used in immunological research.

Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43)（10 μg/mL） was applied to murine splenocyte cultures to inhibit CD8⁺ T cell activity. This blockade enhanced miR-520b-mediated antitumor immune responses by altering macrophage polarization and promoting CD4⁺ T cell activation[1].

In a mouse subcutaneous tumor model, mice were administered miR-520b (20 μg, tail vein) and receivedAnti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43)( 100 μg, intraperitoneal injection on day 3) to deplete CD8⁺ T cells. CD8⁺ T cell depletion impaired the tumor-suppressive effects of miR-520b, indicating the antibody effectively neutralized CD8⁺ T cell-mediated immunity in vivo[1].
