| Verified Activity | 1. Western blot analysis of Wnt2b on SiHa cell lysates using anti-Wnt2b at 1/500 dilution. 2. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat testis tissue using anti-Wnt2b antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 3. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-Wnt2b antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 4. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue using anti-Wnt2b antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 5. ICC staining Wnt2b in Hela cells (green).
