| In vitro | Anti-Trypanosoma cruzi agent-9 (Compound example 28) effectively inhibits the growth of Trypanosoma cruzi with an EC50 of less than 0.1 μM, and also impedes the growth of Leishmania donovani with an EC50 ranging from 0.1 to 1 μM. It exhibits no significant cytotoxicity to NIH 3T3 fibroblast cells, with a CC50 greater than 10 μM. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
