| In vivo | Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3), administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 150 μg to newborn mice on postnatal days 5 and 6, can enhance their anti-infection ability [1]. When administered intraperitoneally at the same dose on postnatal day 9, it can eliminate CD71-positive erythroid cells without significant effect on the proportion of regulatory T cells [2]. |
