AChE-IN-94 is an orally active acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, demonstrating an IC50 of 0.40 μM and a Ki of 0.28 μM. It inhibits both spontaneous and AChE-mediated Aβ1-42 aggregation and alleviates cognitive/memory deficits in scopolamine-induced amnesia models. AChE-IN-94 is applicable in Alzheimer's disease (AD) research.

| In vitro | AChE-IN-94 (Compound LB05) exhibits strong inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase (AChE), with an IC50 of 0.40 μM and an inhibition constant (Ki) of 0.28 μM. In concentrations ranging from 10-50 μM, AChE-IN-94 displaces propidium iodide (PI) from the peripheral anionic site (PAS) of AChE in a dose-dependent manner. Additionally, at concentrations of 5-20 μM over 48 hours, it inhibits Aβ 1-42 aggregation in a concentration-dependent manner. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
