Kinase Assay Reactions are set up with Acetyl coenzyme A (AcCoA)(0.4 μM), N-terminal histone H4 peptide (sequence SGRGKGGKGLGKGGAKRHRKV-GGK-biotin)(50 nM), MOZ enzyme(10 nM), and an acetyl-lysine specific antibody (final dilution 1: 10000).
